The luxury bathroom/ wet room invites you to choose a relaxing soak in the freestanding cast iron bath, or use the walk in shower to rejuvenate yourself under the power shower, which is nicely complimented by the heated slate flooring and warm towels from the heated rail, all of which make this a most comfortable room to use- you couldn't wish for anything more!

The open plan kitchen/ lounge with its wooden floor and tasteful soft furnishings will make you feel fully at home. The kitchen is fitted with all mod cons as befits a 4 star property. Electric heating is throughout, and it also has the benefit of a log-burning stove to keep you cosy with a warm glow on a chilly wintry evening. Within easy walking distance to the holiday property we have a farm shop selling wholesome quality locally sourced produce. There are also 3 local public houses offering good food & hospitality. We would recommend the use of a car due to the rural aspect.

Winsley is the nearest picturesque village, being ½ a mile down a quiet country lane which has very little traffic & is mostly shared with cyclists, walkers & horse riders. A shop & post office can be found here to purchase essentials. A short distance from Winsley to Limpley Stoke Valley you will find the Kennet & Avon Canal, where you can enjoy a peaceful stroll, cycle, or even take a boat ride. Of course Bradford On Avon is right on your doorstep and for the golf lovers Cumberwell park with one 9 hole & two 18 hole courses can be seen from your sitting room window.
